Booking Terms and Conditions

£50 non-refundable deposit required within 10 days of booking, remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.

A £100 deposit required for breakages at time of booking.  This will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the appt

Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or major credit cards (incurs 2% charge)

Appt keys posted free of charge in the UK via registered mail.

Personal Meet & Greet from management company (key handover) arrivals between 8am & 10pm - £15

Between 10pm & 8am incurs £20 charge
